Return & Exchange Policy (4 Days)

We have a 4-day exchange policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We only provide product-to-product exchange in case of genuine issues such as receiving the wrong size or wrong color.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and offer a replacement accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval of your exchange. If approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within a reasonable timeframe.
